SIPC is a freeware application to create color ICC profiles for scanners using popular IT 8.7 (ISO 12641) targets. ICC profiles are currently the best way of ensuring that you are preserving original colors in the digital image.
SIPC uses an open source ICC compatible color management system - Argyll. The Argyll binary is included in the SIPC distribution package.
