So while I was out of town and didn't have my own laptop, I took some caps brighter_days had from The Wiz and made icons. Mind you, I actually capped the movie (mainly so I can make a mood theme) but since my laptop wasn't cooperating I left him at home.

Finally, after I made these icons I realized that I should add on. Since I just came from the Diana Ross concert, you already know where my mind is. And because Diana herself put me in an MJ/DR mood, I made some MJ/DR icons, too. They're the original OTP. And because I had been staring at these icons long enough, I decided to make some Barry and Michelle ones, too. LOL, Barry.

Currently, I am out of town and a bit unable to make icons/graphics. Then, when I finally do get back home - I have to deal with a computer that won't turn on because I believe the battery may finally be fried. There is always SOMETHING going on with this computer. I'm sure an upgrade is overdue but who has money for that?

In any case, I had the pleasure of finally attending that Diana Ross concert I've been talking to you all about in nearly every single post.

Heh. So we've got batch two of the icons. It's divided into four parts. The only reason this post probably has more than the first one is because it was full of amazing people and favorite characters of mine so yeah. Let's see, there was Richard Alpert, John Locke, Jin and Sun Kwon, more Hugo Reyes, okay you get where I'm going with this one.

So I'm just going to go ahead and upload them.

My friend and I created a L O S T community where we will be rewatching the series. And also, newbies are more than welcome to join. We will not only have discussions and weekly viewings (every Tuesdays, as usual) but we will also provide you with download links so those of you that don't own the seasons on DVD and have laptops and networks allergic to torrents. There comes a time in your life when you just have to grit your teeth and do it. Well, I had downloaded screen caps of this season's L O S T because contrary to popular belief it is my favorite television show in the whole wide world (no comments about Stranger in a Strange Land OR Expose). I never made icons though because it's a really popular show and I knew I'd never make any other icons because I would always be obsessed with making icons every single episode (except Stranger in a Strange Land or Expose). So I told myself I would make icons of the beginning of the final season but then my freaking computer died on me and I never got the chance to do it.

Hi, my name is sincerely_jane and I'm L O S Tie. I've been watching since the very first episode in 2004. My favorite character on the show is John Locke (if I had to pick out one), my favorite episodes are SOS and basically any Locke-centric episodes because his story is so intriguing. My favorite couple is ~~Mother Earth and Moses~~ Rose and Bernard. I love every single season except parts of three. And yes, I did jear at the series finale. I'm STILL jearing lol.

Hmm, I am insane. I don't know how you'd share an entire animated mood theme with the public without killing someone's bandwidth completely. But I don't want to share the mood theme and then not give you a proper glimpse of it. That's just the type of person I am.

Okay, so basically this is an animated RDJ mood theme. It is my first animated mood theme. Quite frankly, it may be my last. It was very time consuming but also very fun. I put some moods in there for the lols because RDJ is seriously just for the lols sometimes. I really do love him. Even more than Johnny Depp *gasp* *shock* *wow*.

My only warning is that you give it time to load.

So, with much hard work, blood, sweat, and tears here is the RDJ animated mood theme. Making it was a lot of fun! :-)

There is only one romance I love with all my heart and that is the film Something New. So while I was working on my first animated mood theme, I made this between breaks. There's not a lot to do when you're stuck at a front desk for two hours. I watched this really amazing fanvid about year and a half ago based off the movie and I ran with the idea. It's behind the cut! I'm going to be working on a fanmix as well! I have a list of things to do with Photoshop before school starts back up, lol. I love Photoshop haha.

So for the first time ever, I'm making an animated mood theme. Guess whose mode theme it's going to be? You guessed it, RDJ. I have a lot of .gifs to use thanks to my friends at ontd_downey and I have a handful I've made and some that I found online. It's going to be fun haha. I've never made an animated mood theme before so I'll probably kill myself in the process but I took the summer off from work and I'm just going to summer school so I'll have time to kill to do it. I also need to finish The Wiz mood theme and cap the Beyonce "Why Don't You Love Me' video and do the icon swap with reroutedreams. Yay! I haven't had the chance to make icons and graphics like this for a long time, lol. I'm a little happy.

June 6th, I'll be going to see my idol - the amazing Miss Diana Ross in concert. This is ...big to say the least. I've been a fan of Diana's since I was in pampers - I'm pretty sure of it. I don't think I really started appreciating her until I saw her in Out of Darkness and I was about eleven years old. She gave herself entirely to that role and not only that, she's a fabulous business woman and an amazing musician. She has withstood this industry for 40+ years and there are artists that don't make it for just 1. So I figured that whenever I did get the inspiration to make icons again, it would be of the one and the only.

Lucky for me, inspiration struck pretty early. I'd like to dedicate this post to queen_schitzo because if it were not for her, I wouldn't have this opportunity to see my idol.

Remember when I said I had made other icons to go with the RDJ post? Yes, this was the icon batch I was talking about. I think this really is my favorite movie in the whole wide world because of ALL the movies I have made icons of, this one has dominated it. I love this movie and if you haven't seen it, you should. I'm not exactly sure how this goes and I don't even know how I'm going to exactly pimp this but before I went to bed, I just played around with more Golden Globe pictures because he looks SO GOOD in them. I mean, if you looked up 'aging like fine wine' in the urban dictionary, Robert Downey, Jr. should be there.

I'm just saying.

So I'm either making goals to cap every Halle Berry film made or every Robert Downey, Jr. film. Either way, I'm pretty pleased doing it. Nip/Tuck episode caps aren't ready because my usual source hasn't been uploading the show. This final season started on a sucky note anyway.

However, the point of this post is to share my Gothika screencaps. I really love this movie. I enjoyed it, even though it was getting kind of panned by other critics. I think they could have taken the plot further and take advantage of that chemistry between Halle and Robert but they didn't... that's what fanfiction's for, I suppose. Anyway, on to the caps!
