• Go to your Android device Settings
• Look for “Connections” (Wi-Fi, BT, SIM manager), click it
• Now click “SIM manager”
• Click + add eSIM
•  Chose “Scan QR code”
• Adjust mobile network settings as needed 
• Enabling mobile data and data roaming if required

The other option is manual installation, you can do it from your device settings.

• Copy Android string from the email. example “LPA:1$rsp.truphone.com$JQ-20P45G-1N1FUWO”
• Go to your Android device Settings
• Look for “Connections” (Wi-Fi, BT, SIM manager), click it
• Now click “SIM manager”
• Click + add eSIM
•  Chose “Scan QR code” and select “Enter activation code”
• Copy paste the string and hit done
• Adjust mobile network settings as needed 
• Enabling mobile data and data roaming if required

Open your camera on the iPhone you will be installing the eSIM on and scan the code. You can also go to “Settings”, then “Mobile Data” and select “Add Data Plan” to scan the code from there. Scanning the code will start the installation process.  

Check the email we sent you with both the “SMDP address” code and the “Activation Code” you will need them to finish the installation. 

• Next, go to “Mobile Data ”, click on “Add eSIM” or “Add Data Plan” and select “Use QR Code”.
• Once you get to “Scan QR Code”, select “Enter Details Manually” and follow the steps displayed on your iPhone.
