Families that we serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">VALUES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High quality of life and independence for each Resident.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A home-like, clean, comfortable, safe and secure environment.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Residents personalizing their own rooms.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Residents living with privacy, dignity and respect.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meeting Residents\u2019 physical, psychological, social, spiritual and cultural needs.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting a healthy and productive work environment for the staff.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharing accountability for ensuring the safest possible Resident care and service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading class=\"has-text-align-left\">To deliver services in a home-like setting in which Residents may live with dignity, independence and in a manner respectful of their way of life, and to create an atmosphere which encourages a healthy social interaction among them, with recognition of the individual&#8217;s right to privacy and self-determination.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">To promote a healthy work environment for the staff which stimulates safety, excellence in service delivery, and personal\/professional has-alpha-channel-opacity\" style=\"margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Two of the Manors have developed supportive living programs. In Beeton,&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/simcoe.ca\/ltc\/homes\/simcoe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Simcoe Village<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>provides support on an as-needed basis to seniors in independent living apartments. In Collingwood, the&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/simcoe.ca\/ltc\/homes\/sunset\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sunset Village<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>complex is based on the Life Lease model where seniors purchase a lease on a suite which they can sell later if they need to move. Both Villages are designed to be barrier-free and offer access to many programs and services in the adjacent Manors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/simcoe.ca\/ltc\/homes\/georgian\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Georgian Village<\/strong>\u200b<\/a>&nbsp;in Penetanguishene is an Adult Lifestyle Community offering a choice of housing and care options.
