What is DSA?
At SilverNail NW, our Day Support Activities (DSA) are dynamic programs designed to promote engagement in the community, fostering a sense of independence, and nurturing skill development. These initiatives are centered around providing supportive environments that encourage participants to immerse themselves in social and recreational opportunities, gain vital life skills, and actively contribute to their communities, often alongside peers in a collaborative atmosphere.
How do I participate?
Step 1: Check out our activity calendar.
Step 2: Schedule a 15-minute meet and greet with our team via video. If we are a good fit, we will ask for a referral packet.
Step 3: Work with your ISP team on paperwork and start date.
What are Our Upcoming Activities?
Please note that if you are not currently a part of our DSA program you will be required to provide your own staff to participate in these events. If you’re ready to enter into SilverNail’s DSA program, please fill out our intake form.

Meet Team Awesome
At the heart of our program is a powerhouse team dedicated to making every day meaningful for the individuals we support. When it comes to finding awesome community adventures, Amy has years of experience working with groups and tailoring activities that create a positive and inclusive environment for our clients to thrive. Amy is the outspoken, enthusiastic Manager who brings energy, empathy, and expertise to our families and will not be found on the sidelines. She will encourage you to dance, bowl, cook, or even take a Polar Plunge with the Special Olympics! There are no limits to Amy, and she has compassion and person-centered care. Amy’s clients hit milestones under her leadership.
Joy, the Administrative Coordinator, keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She specializes in intake and compliance coordination. She is also creative, resourceful, and a valuable resource for clients and their families. Our roles complement each other, and our strong partnership is built on mutual respect, clear communication, and a shared commitment to the success of the individuals we support. Under the guidance and values of our Executive Director, Michelle, at SilverNail NW, this dynamic duo is here to help you thrive!
