Pasadena Father & Son Story

Silver Moccasin Builders continues the Pulliam family’s legacy of craftsmanship and design excellence in Pasadena.

Founded by Graham Pulliam, the company honors the visionary work of his father, James Pulliam, whose award-winning architecture helped shape Southern California’s modern landscape. From the Bernard Heidemann House to the Bronco Student Center at Cal Poly Pomona, James built with purpose, creativity, and community at heart.

Today, Graham carries that legacy forward through modern design, sustainable building practices, and efficient construction methods. Each Silver Moccasin project reflects Pasadena’s character — blending timeless craftsmanship with contemporary innovation.

At Silver Moccasin Builders, we build more than structures. We preserve history, embrace progress, and create spaces that connect people to the city’s enduring architectural story.
