Evil, Corruption, and Social Justice

Tuning In
The noosphere has been abuzz with NGOs, social justice, equality, surrogacy, et al; and there are many attempts to respond to these issues in a Christian manner. Most of these, even the ones I find poignant, seem to come from the superstructure/framework of the West which is to boil things down to the individual/markets/physics. Outside of the sharply rational person, in the realm of the normie, there is no effective reply1. I believe this is because much of Christianity/Christians (if it can be called as such) has been co-opted and bought into what we might call the cult of nice, but where that cult reigned supreme it quickly gave way to the death cult. We see the fish rot from the head as the Anglicans fall, the Lutherans, and so on and so forth. I understand the desire to be nice, and I understand how one could arrive at niceness over all else, even the Truth, when pressed. After all, everyone likes to be liked2. A certain Pervert is aware of the weaknesses apparent and harps on the “Christian right”, correctly, as having no good answers3. Don’t think of it as an insult, take it up as a challenge. What does a Christian response to the cult of niceness, and it’s inevitable usurper, the death cult look like? How do we respond in a just and kind manner, but without destroying ourselves and our communities out of niceness? How do you look at the weeping face of some illegal alien carrying their illegal alien child out of a raft4, and tell them that you can’t stay here and respond when they tell you that you aren’t being Christian/compassionate/nice.
The Bifurcated American Soul
The dual action Yin-Yang of modernity is the rejection of the spiritual reality and the embrace and emphasis on the unknowable essence of ideologies, persons, and insistence that the material is all there is.5
It’s easy to take the term “death cult” at face value for modern American/Western society. As a nation we put to death enough infants per annum to construct a ladder stitched together from their ribs with which to descend into the chaos maw of Hell itself. All this in the name of women’s rights and freedom to do as we please, free of the burden of children6. When convenient we have embraced a pseudo-Gnostic viewpoint where the material body is seen as below our personal spiritual truth and malleable at will. The misguided who mutilate their bodies, become eunuchs, and are cheered for their commitment to the higher spiritual form. These temple-eunuchs are to be treated with the utmost respect for the sacrifices they have made to the gods, and if you fail to follow suit you will find yourself persecuted. Suicides rates are up, substance abuse is climbing, and we import strangers to supplant ourselves and lay waste to our own history. A death cult society at large and everyone seems to think you’re the weird one for thinking maybe this is bad. At the same time - people will call you cruel if you suggest that changing a city into a haven for the homeless is bad for both the city and the homeless. There is a misunderstanding of what is going on here - they do not see the life of a city, a community, & etc as anything real or, if they think of such things, they don’t understand how the anima of a given community could change over time.
When we speak with people wrapped up in these modern movements laden with corruption and the stench of death we always hear palatable explanations, and usually, if pressed, something to the effect of “And why do you care? What does it matter to you? How does this affect you?” People believe the essence of what they are doing and believing to be good, which is in and of itself not terrible. They are ideologues in the truest sense, though - they will believe their beloved ideas over reality until they are shot in the face by a schizo on the street who they passed by without though, and who they voted to support7. Let’s also say that the underlying strata of the West is founded on the material world, with material girls, and that Nietzche was right and we have effectively killed God and replaced Him with millions of gods. Then we’ll posit that now, more than ever, the person is susceptible to influence in various ways because the person no longer exists and is defined in their network of relationships and community but has become the individual. There is no externality with which they can rely on - so they forget willingly and go along to get along lest they become even further alienated and exiled in a culture.
Therefore, the individual is both made the sole arbiter of what is correct or good for them, and totally detached from what traditionally drive determinations of what is correct and good with the morality of the mass man. They are swayed with the subtle breeze of radio signals percolating through the aether and into their beings. The propaganda era, the advent of the mass man, and our consumerist mindset all play into a lowering of the human soul from its default higher state into a lower one.
When humanity is reduced to an animal state, or even beyond that without the capacities of animals - simply getting by and breeding, this is what is referred to as yeastlife8. We live in an age where being a human enslaved by passions and yeastlife are both encouraged by the propaganda state. There is, as we have mentioned, a way to cast these modes of living as human flourishing but if we take the care to examine them more closely we see that they produce the opposite as the humanity of the person - body and soul - are subdued and destroyed. We have, then, the bifurcated soul - one the one hand a denial of material reality in whatever form that takes, and on the other the reduction of the human soul to a demon of appetite more animal than anything else; and consequently the soul of family, community, & nation all suffer.
On the other end of the spectrum we often see the term, and I am guilty of this myself, human flourishing9 used and it’s pretty wishy washy outside of context. The man who flourishes is the materially wealthy! The one who sates his every desire! Perhaps it’s the strong homeless woman who sells her body on the street for drugs - isn’t she flourishing in doing what she wants? Who’s to say. We’re to say, because we understand and accept the notion of telos of becoming the thing you are meant to be in fullness and in perfection with virtue over and against becoming something twisted and barren. The endpoint of buying into the common frame of today is self-destruction, and the destruction of all your healthy relationships.
The Lens (or Frame if you’re a Scott Adams stan)
The Trojan horse exploitation of Christianity, without effective response, has lead to incredible10 changes within my own awareness from youth to today. I have seen the failure to respond effectively over and over and it bothers me. Naturally, as a +.5SD11 human being, I would find refuge in libertarianism and think that arguing about what’s happening would work. Aha, if they just see the logic of things then it will all work out. Instead, we find that the combination of propaganda and ideologues who can be agitated lead to arguments pretty much never working. All those people who understand narratives, and narrative control, are ahead of the game. What’s the narrative response - and what is one that is true, good, and broadly applicable. I think we know with Resonance.
The brief recap is that the interacting actions (energies) of persons/family/community/city/state/nations can either form chaos and destruction, nullity, amplitudes and frequencies that destroy; or they form intricate songs and feed into a grand opus of life. Evil, famously quipped by J.R.R. Tolkien, “Evil cannot create anything new, they can only corrupt and ruin good forces have invented or made.” The signature of evil is corruption and decay; seizing upon life and laying it low.
By their fruits ye shall know them
We see the same effect played out from the small scale to the large with today’s society. Churches are shut down and alcohol shops are open when the excuse presents itself. It’s sold as doing the right thing because no one needs church but what about those poor people with delirium tremens? Illegal immigrants are practically invited by the administration and shuttled into the country by NGOs operating under the guise of humanitarian aid. They destroy the lower and middle classes, decohere society, and bring ruin in their wake. It’s nice, though, to help them without limit because look at this dead child floating in a river12. Just use their preferred pronouns and new name; it’s nice to them. I don’t think denying the mental and spiritual health issues they have or the material reality of their body is going to do them any favors. After all, the rates don’t seem to change and all that this seems to do is sow division.
Even within more normal situations - a marriage that is struggling because someone feels unfulfilled and maybe more cocks will help them feel fulfilled, is destroying that relationship. We can use the frame of actions/energies being positive and building up that anima toward its endpoint or destroying or damaging that relationship. Then we get to narrative crafting and how to tell people about this in a less esoteric manner.
Counter Signal
I do not advocate, Sam Bankman-Fried style, for Effective Altruism or utilitarianism as the reduction and flattening of the complex web of relationships, the harmonies, the creation and justice within, to serve some greater good which is almost certainly going to be self-serving and anything but altruistic and can lead to human hating paths from the small scale, “Those small souled people can go on UBI!”, to the large , “Human numbers must be culled for the god Climatus!” I think there is a tendency to go all in for utilitarianism as a counterplay and it just plays into the same ineffective rational-argumentation in the end.
Instead, I advocate for GUY FIERI LIVING13. What mean? TV personality and all around wonderful guy, Fieri, is known for traveling across America and highlighting various small/family owned businesses. His positive attention and action feeds into these places becoming true establishments and brings success in the business in the form of customers. Guy Fieri is a model of what we should be doing - he loves his homeland, he loves finding these businesses and interacting with them, and he loves bringing them success that he believes they deserve. Likewise, we should be doing similar in our own lives. We are to be models of how to live, and how to build up communities. Apply everything to ourselves, and steward what we ought, and understand that not everyone is our responsibility, or our nation’s, and it is okay to advocate for that. To say that it is enough to feed, clothe, and provide flights home to people who come here looking to mooch off of us. To show to the world that it takes real positive action to build and maintain what we have and that their actions result in squalor and decay. First and foremost our lives are the narratives that everyone should see and be amazed by14. We do that by showing our telos is actually better. I’m a firm believer in changing what we can; a real metanoia.
As for politics - gain power, reward your friends, and remember to have fun. When pressed we must find stories where L0mez turns out to be a handsome and well-liked guy; and that the policies advocated result in destruction of the places we ought to love. An argument based in reality, but not the wonkery we tend to slide into.
But win, and show that there is a better way.
Anyway, someone else mentioned lots of Substacks are like preaching and damn it
I am immediately discounting edgelord acolytes of the catboy lover Fuentes who believe that calling everyone a Jew is the way to go. While it might be a little funny the first few times, by the umpteenth time the shine has worn off, and it would be hard to cast what they do as particularly Christian. This essay should let you know why
There are those who are called “disagreeable” and I would restate it as “not interested in your stupid bullshit" but unfortunately I’m too socially aware to not understand that in the power dynamics game I, Mr. White Christian Man, lose by default
Or at least none that anyone can hear outside of their own group
Never the single military aged man, don’t see those played for empathy do we
Yes, this is incoherent, no it doesn’t matter this is the way things are
Bonus points now we gripe about total fertility rate being low and how we must import infinity migrants so that line go up
Or until they are fired without cause for posting things on the internet - pro-corp mindset above all is also bad
Thanks to BAP, I read the book once and things occasionally click and I realize he is almost certainly referencing a classical notion of various anima and even though I still haven’t read it - I would be surprised if this weren’t touched on in Selective Breeding
Probably should be it’s own essay but needless to say we all understand that like the acorn’s telos is to be an oak tree a human’s telos is clearly to do lots of weed and video games
Not good, incredible
You have never encountered a 107.5IQ person like ME before
Wouldn’t they still be alive if they hadn’t tried to make the trip here? We don’t have infinity resources and we have our own problems
Actually, this might be why so many people instinctively recoil from his incredible hair and personality
In my case, an incoherent mess and “Why did you buy a motorcycle with 84,000 miles on it?”

I'm fond of reminding myself and ears that might hear that the word "nice" came into its own and thrived in the world of prostitution.
Christianity is better understood through such songs as Sabaton's "Winged Hussars" and "The Last Stand" than through wishy-washy American Protestantism's niceness.
