for the first time in years, I didn't renew my paid account. I'm not too upset about it; it's not like I really took advantage of many of the options anyway.

that's what I thought - until I attempted to leave a comment and realized I don't have a million icons anymore. hasn't LJ offered us the option of just buying extra icons yet, instead of the whole paid account package?

in other news, this semester is kicking my ass in so many awful ways. I have NO FREE TIME EVER.
