We haven't named the kitties yet. Not until we have a vet confirm their genders. I've been calling the grey one "Oliver" and the one with the whiter face "Squeaky" owing to the fact that s/he cries constantly when we're not handling her or she's not in her carrier. I think she's still looking for her momma and it'll take longer for him/her.

Oliver has been adjusting really well. He's still a bit wary of us, but we handle him with no problem at all. He's started to drink water and eat voraciously. He's the one we're more likely to adopt out, 'cause he's so even tempered. Squeaky is likely to be our problem child, needing more attention, so it looks like s/he'll be ours to keep.

S/he's still resisting the whole feeding thing. S/he has no interest in water, formula, or hard food. We did get a can of wet food just to see if s/he'd eat that. S/he licked some off my fingers and that was about it. We're going to try to get them to the vet on Tuesday; if s/he hasn't started eating/drinking by then, we can get him/her a fluid shot.

I know y'all are thrilled with the kitty minutae. The pictures are coming soon, I promise. Next time we hand feed 'em, I'll take pics.
