Website officially done

As it turns out, my graphic designer had Mono over the holidays. She's gotten in touch with me, though, and my website is finally complete. Check it out-- http://www.sihayadesigns.com. All of the payment is still through Etsy, but even a one-page site with links to email and blog are good for Google rankings and people casually surfing about.

As for work-- I have completed a gorgeous golden rutilated quartz piece crowned in sparkling white morganite rondelles. It has a fairytale sort of feel and I think I'll call it 'Rapunzel.' I've made some new Marrakesh Night Market earrings, and will have some new TimeKeeper's Daughter earrings done for this update, as well. I will also be doing some spring pieces-- green amethyst, chalcedony, pink amethyst, and a few other stones crowned in vivid sapphire and spinel rondelles. LJSanta peeps might smile at the piece called 'Chiaroscuro'-- black rutilated quartz topped in black spinel and rock crystal. And there will be a couple more pendant necklaces featuring some cool art. Plus the requisite Valentine's Day pieces. I am gonna guess that this update will go live the last week of January-- it'll also serve as a poke/ last minute notice for any more one year subscribers.

In related news, I will be donating jewelry for auction to benefit Tess Avelland. Some of you might know her as the purveyor of gorgeous goods over at Midnight Muse. She's a regular vendor at some of my favorite haunts, like FaerieCon. Tess is facing very serious health problems and needs both monetary and emotional support. If you're interested in helping, I urge you to check out weloveyoutess. In addition to my donation, Jen of Parrish Relics will be donating jewelry and several other of my crafty friends will be donating art.

Anyhow, that's all I got for tonight. I have to package up BPAL sales for shipment tomorrow. After I go into DDI a day early-- they're getting a newsletter out and I wrote a bunch of it, so I need to be there. And then it's dinner with Abby.
