Return to productivity

Thank goodness my stomach only gave me a few warning gurgles last night. I had some black tea per Brandie's advice, and was able to finish one of the commissions in my queue. Tonight, I tackle a bridesmaid's necklace; if the bride approves, I make two more. I'd like to finish up as many commissions as possible in the coming few days-- in fact, I have set aside the weekend for just that. I know that I generally quote a TAT of 6 weeks, but in truth, I feel a bit odd working on my own shop when there are commissions I have all the supplies for that I could be doing instead. And after I do that? I have so many freaking shinies I've been dying to get my hot little hands on. I am excited. It's gonna be a non-stop jewelry party chez moi.

Otherwise, I spent time in bed with the boy; he watched the end of S2 Supernatural-- how many days until the S3 boxsets come out? I am all itchy about it. Watched Project Runway, and I gotta say I am so not impressed with any of the designers this year. I like Jerell, I like Kenley (annoying as she is), and I like Korto (plus Terri is TV gold), but in general, no one has really wowed me yet. I agreed very much with last night's elimination; I think said person's partner in crime for that travesty should be the next to go. Leopard print + blue lace? No.

And I had good cuddles this morning. Someone explain to me why we always seem to find the ideal cuddle position about 15 minutes before we have to get up?

Tonight, I have breakfast for dinner and chai. Mmmmm.
