Virgo: Your main assignment in 2008 is to become highly skilled at feeling good. Does that sound like something you might want to do? If so, here's the beginning of a regimen you could follow: (1) Be constantly taking notes about what experiences give you delight and what situations make you feel at home in the world. (2) Always be scheming to provide yourself with those experiences and situations. (3) Take a vow that nothing will obstruct you from seeking out and creating pleasure, peace, love, wonder, and an intimate connection with life.

I have been supplimenting my tedious day at work reading xkcd. I know, I know. I'm like the last person on earth. But really, so so funny. Some of my favorites:

Well, do this about zombies...

Dude, this makes so much sense.

I laughed aloud.

Continuing on my love for raptors. Alternately, if Dr. Panek taught math.

Dude, I know some people who need frame five tattooed to their fucking foreheads.

Dude, that movie scarred me for life. For life.

Aside from that... I have a blissfully almost-free weekend. I'm going to catch up on email, take a bellydance class, and spend copious amounts of time with my beads in my PJs. I always say that I'm going to take time for myself, but this time, I'm actually gonna do it. In fact, I may also set aside the weekend of the 26th to hermit. 'Cause I split pretty evenly between introvert and extrovert, and my inner introvert is in need of some deep TLC. For reals. It's graham crackers and tea time.

In other news, my roommate just called. Her womens' group is meeting tonight, and she has to come wearing something she'd never ordinarily wear. She asked if she could borrow some clothes. Uh.
