Ieeeeeeeee! Scifi made Children of Dune into a miniseries! Well, actually, it's the combination of Dune Messiah and Children of Dune, but still. Alia! Ghanima! Aiiieee!

The Dune series was my absolute favorite in high school... I can't tell you how dogeared my books are. And although I rather hated Scifi's treatment of Dune (Paul was not blonde, I couldn't stand the liberty taken with the text to accomodate William Hurt, and Princess Irulan apparently seduced every male character in the movie despite only having bout five lines in the book), but this one looks to be intersting, because it's all about the women.
But *sniff* I don't know if I can watch Chani die. Poor Chani.
