FTP Question

I'm going to be hosted by the lovely lm at Panavatar.Net... but there's a problem.

I don't know how to use FTP yet.

I just installed Dreamweaver 3 to my computer, and I heard it has a good FTP client within it. Problem is, I don't know how to set it up, or even where the client is within the program.

Can someone help, and point me towards a helpful FTP tutorial?
