Woot!

First hafla done! My classmate sisters and I were awesome! Everybody was nervous (or, as Abby said, "fatalistically calm") before going on, but the report from the audience was that we looked great. I also got to see Rebecca (my first teacher) do some Indian tribal dance with Jessica (my current teacher), plus Kallisti did a hilariously funky "dance off." And there was one dancer who did an Egyptian-fusion thing with lots of bendy bits. I don't know her name, but she was awesome. Anywhoo, lots of peeps were taking pictures, but I don't have any of me in full costume, so until then, my hair will have to do.
