Yahoo vs. Gmail

So, I've rigged my new work email address to go to my Gmail account. I like that not only does Gmail let me send as if I were writing from my work account, but that you automatically reply to whichever email address sent the email (ie-- if you received from me@gmail, you'd reply to me@gmail, but if you received from me@workmail, you'd reply to me@workmail). That's all very nifty, and so for all intents and purposes, my gmail account will function primarily to track business emails.

I think it's probably a good idea to have completely seperate work and personal accounts, only using the gmail account as a back-up for either really big files or back-up emails. I'm not going to switch to Gmail for personal emails because I don't really like the sorting set-up. I like the folders and organization I've already had going for the last few years, and I like that any old contacts can still use that address. Forwarding everything would theoretically work, but I like having quick access to all sorts of old personal emails, so I'm not going to go that route.

Yes, all of that was a lot to simply say that Yahoo is my personal account and Gmail is my work account. The end. Is it lunchtime?
