Thank you thank you for the gazillions of birthday wishes. On a day like today, I really am grateful.

So far, I have proof-read my resume, typed up a sheet of references, printed out my packets, polished my shoes... I should be ready. After my interview, I'm going out to dinner. I know it's just temp work, but I've still got nervous butterflies. I think that's because change itself makes me nervous, even if it is good change, as is fortunately the case.

I'm off to bury myself in claims. Good 'ol fashioned busywork, steady and uncomplicated.
