So. I'm thinking I'm going to buy a paid account. But first, I need to know how to create a template. I can do all my own graphics, but the lj html isn't my forte, and I'm looking for a template like The Brat Queen's. Is it basically a plug-in your graphic deal or is it all hand coded? Because I could deal with some Wesleyiciousness. ;)
