*YAAAAWN*

Just got in from dancing. I really, really would like to learn the tango, and I think I might look into taking a class on it. It's one of those things I've always, always wanted to learn. So, there's thing one. I had a good time, and Aster came with. Good times, good conversation, serviceable food. :)

I have many things on my mind right now, the most prominent of which being work and assignments that are due soon. A character sketch for literary journalism, a vocab quiz for astronomy (I found Pegasus tonight!), appointments with research librarians, paperwork for inter-library loans, learning my new aria, Quando Men Vo (click on link for download) from Puccini's La Bohème. It's a rangy piece, and intimidating in its own greatness. I've got those notes easily, and some even higher, but making them sound glorious and passionate is a particular challenge. On top of that, I need to learn how to belt in the next three weeks since as an opera-centric singer, I never learned how, plus learn choreography and music and blocking and all my lines for the show.

Just let me work on the leaping tall buildings in a single bound thing first. Tick tick tick tick constant motion, constant new knowlege pouring in. I wonder if there will be a point where my brain will simply combust.

Before bed, which, by the way, is where I should have been an hour ago, I have pictures of the most recent snowfall to share. My campus is beautiful.

I also played with my hair a bit before I left today. The back's in a Swedish flip ponytail, and I was messing around with having bangs. The results are as follows:

Also, for no particular reason, a big hug and a smootch to lm and to windiain as well. Feel better, guys.
