In happy news, Jason has a new job, and he starts the 11th! It will be an adjustment, but in the end, I am confident that it is the right choice for him. Less stress plus a fuckbuncha more money? Hells yes. There are some trade-offs (45 min commute), but overall, he's really happy about it.
