I cannot deal with this muddy, brownish auburn anymore. I just can't. Since the pretty pretty Nicole Kidman red in my icon is not achievable without bleach, and I am not going to bleach my hair until at least summer, I need to do something else with my hair or I am going to go out of my mind.

I have a box of Naturtint, but I suspect I need two boxes to cover my length. Other thoughts are getting a SFX (vegetable based) dye in Blood Red or Devilish ( http://amphigory.com/special_effects_hairdye.html ) and putting it over my current color-- it won't be a bright red, but it will at least amp up the color and give it a nice true red wash.
