Still no second opinions from the neruos. Olive continues to get around okay, if a bit wobbily. Great appetite. Super affectionate-- we actually didn't get much sleep last night because Olive needed to repeatedly wake us up with headbutts of love and purring.
She has a bit of a sneezy cold, probably brought on by all the stress of several diagnostics in the last few weeks, but we've been keeping her comfy and adding extra warm fluids to her wet food--
tamnonlinear says that this is the kitty version of chicken noodle soup, and I believe her. She's still confined to the bedroom whenever we're not home-- this is less about her stress level now and more about the fact that Nox does not understand he's three times her size and yes, he can actually hurt her if he pounces her from behind the curtains. He's like a big dopey dog, the lug. Anyhow, she doesn't seem to mind; she's the only kitty that gets bedroom privileges, and I'm pretty sure she knows it.
Also, while she still needs ramps to get vertical places (the couch, the bed), she's still making great lateral jumps. So there's that.
And she stepped in my teacup tonight. It was both adorable and very, very messy.
