I think that last night was maybe American Insomnia Night or something. I too could not sleep. I was up until 5am just doodling around. When I finally got to sleep, I had terrible nightmares. I've had a lot of those lately. Horrible, violent, someone-purposefully-trying-to-kill-me nightmares. At least four this week. Last night, I dreamt I was driving to my parents' house, and some asshole had hijacked a police car and was speeding up alongside people on the highway and shooting them. In my dream, there were a pile of smoking, crashed cars, and he was coming for me next. I swerved into a ditch instead, but there was an epic car crash anyhow. My driving anxiety, let me show you it. Nights previously, it was the typical 'knife murderer is chasing you' dream, the 'you're a cylon on BSG and everyone is trying to kill you' dream, and one in which I got into a pretty grisly fistfight. Plus I randomly had 'Dust in the Wind' stuck in my head before bed, which gives me a major wiggins. That song has always creeped me out and I get icky shivers whenever I hear it.

So. Yes. I am soon to be smudging all around with sage, 'cause something ain't right. I'm all nervous in the stomach. I don't like this.

Well, I got most of my to do list done. Except for the LJSanta stuff. That will get done first thing tomorrow, promise. Nobody throw rotten fruit at me or anything, I'm just super tired from not sleeping. So I have chamomile tea, a warm blanket, and some BPAL Somnus blends to ensure a deep night's sleep. Wish me no monsters. Or, at least if there are monsters, wish that I think I'm Buffy. I've had that dream before and it was awesome.

Orders, minus earring club stuffs, are packed and ready to rock for tomorrow. Earring club stuff, earrings for poisoninjest, and two commissions will go out on Friday. Of course, this month's earrings are still up for subscription, and will be until the end of the month. I just figure there's no need to hold up the paid orders.

And! I bought lots of gemstones today. Pink chalcedony marquises, gorgeous purple hydrothermal quartz, long, thin aqua chalcedony briolettes, Mediterranean blue fluorite, and some neat pendants. Plus the earwires for next month's earring subscriptions which are just so cute. I love handmade findings, they really add a unique touch. All in all, between buying gems and paying bills, I spent over $1,000 today. Whew. And I still have to put in a Uline order before I leave for Abq!

...and I just realized I left my debit card at the restaurant where Flissy and I ate today. God, I love that place, but the service is soooo slow. I think I forgot they had my card and we just left. FRAK. Well, nothing I can do about it now. I find it interesting that I only ever lose my cards when I'm hanging with Flissy. *eyes her shiftily*

No, I was completely out of it earlier. Completely.

Okay, now to call the boy, finish my tea, and fall asleep to some non-scary romantic comedy. G'night.
