Things accomplished this weekend:

1. I have a federal tax ID number.
2. I snagged sihayadesigns.blogspot.com to be my official marketing blog (though I will probably post heads-up here, too).
3. I set the wheels in motion to snag www.sihayadesigns.com.
4. I got the first drafts of my business cards/banners/etc. Some tweaks are to be made, but in general, I think my designer knocked it out of the park.
5. I finished everything but one piece for my October update, which should go live tomorrow night or Wednesday night.

Other cool things:
-- Went to Yancy's sendoff party to give the Cap'n one last hug before he departs for South America.
-- Hung out with Heather and Aster, and finally met Tyler. Yay for Ty & Roddy time. And bonus franny_glass.
-- Lots of cuddle time with the boyfriend.

So, overall... things are definitely moving in the right direction.

J and I ran into Safeway to grab some lunch, and I used his Safeway card... as she was wrapping up the sale, the clerk stopped and said, "you have a good day, Mrs. Page."

It felt strangely fine.

J's been grinning like a loon and calling me "Mrs. Page" ever since.
