I've got it. I get a bunch of business parners and buy a two-story building in the city. The downstairs is a cute little cafe with a limited-selection bookstore and gifts (all handmade, of course). The upstairs is a studio space big enough for dance classes and yoga. There can be small gallery events and intimate concerts held in the space.
