Kind of a lazy Monday. Hectic working begins at home; gotta start getting last week's sales ready for shipment. This is contingent upon those boxes I ordered getting here either today or tomorrow. But there will be a massive mail-out before I leave for vacation.

On the plus side, my supplier cut me a huge deal on the sapphire I needed for my coworker's bridal pieces, so I will have two left over to do with as I please. Plot, plot, plot. I've decided that next month's theme is to be EarringPalooza! with only a couple of necklace bits in there where I couldn't resist (another big locket, a few more whimsical brass bits). So I'm searching out pretty gem pairs for that. Special requests? Any stones I've egregiously overlooked?

Also, I think I need to put together a commission request form just to help me organize things in my brain. From here on out, commissions will be done as custom-listings in my shop, as it makes more sense from a taxes and business standpoint. So more organization means less time searching through emails for me when I'm second guessing which customer wanted which specific.

Also in the next three days: laundry, ironing out temporary bank card details, drugstore run for vacation stuff, packing, rehearsal, making sure Dixie will be around to feed my fish. Mostly, lots of little things I have to make lists for or I'll totally drop the ball because I'm a Virgo who regrettably has a crap short-term memory.

She will be writing flash ficlets about 58 "artifacts" donated by talented artists, including some of my favorite peeps: Wyrding Studios, Parrish Relics, Sorscha Azhure, Black Phoenix Trading Post, and yours truly, Sihaya Designs. These artifacts are being auctioned off, with 100% of the proceeds donated directly to BARCC.

I was wondering if one of you would be kind enough to stop by and feed my fishies on Saturday, some time during the day. Dixie's going to be out of town this weekend and so am I... and while bettas can go three days without food, Wasabi gets testy and starts eating his own tail in frustration. So I'd rather they be fed. The payment for this is me cooking you dinner some time next week.
