Cure-all for weepy, hormonal day: Boyfriend + laughter + wine + soul food + more laughter + shower + lots of cuddling + waking up at 4am wide awake and deciding to watch an episode of Supernatural + morning quickie. They should bottle that and sell it.
Tonight: laundry, bengal spice tea, chick flicks (I'm thinking "The Mists of Avalon," but any recs for Arthurian/pseudo-medieval fantasy/ costume drama welcome), working of obnoxiously detailed necklaces. As I don't have to get up for work tomorrow. Whee. I don't have to go anywhere, be anywhere, get up at any specific time. I can watch the sun rise if I want to. I was thinking of spending a little time in ritual in the morning.
This weekend, I am planning nothing. The only thing on my schedule is a hike, and maybe grilling some steaks. It's been a long week, and I am out of cope and social energy. I highly suspect the extra hormones in my system have contributed to this, and so I'm giving myself a little extra TLC.
