Virgo:: "Dear Star-Reader Brezsny: You are the only wizard who can save me. I have a bad job -- just $72,000 a year -- plus a lover who's not all that cute and a home that's not worth as much as it used to be. My health is good but I hate my nose and ass. Can't afford a BMW or a vacation to Spain. My world is unraveling! Hope is fading! Please tell me what to do! - Virgo on the Verge." Dear On the Verge: I suggest that you temporarily suspend your strident yearning. This is one time when it's important to cultivate more appreciation for what you actually have. I urge you and all Virgos to turn your attention away from what you think you lack, and devote your psychic energy to loving what is.

Wow, that person needs a serious reality check. But as for the message of this week's horoscope, it's coming through loud and clear.

As for today, I am feeling frazzled, but trying to find calm. I've been kind of turned inward since this weekend, pondering relationships and how they change and morph. I've been paying more attention to my triggers, and the responsibility of examining the causes of those triggers. I've been feeling impatient and in need of a bit more TLC than usual.

And TLC I've had. Last night, Ariel and I had velociraptors and ice cream. Jason and I had lunch together out on the lawn. Flissy and I have been productive in our rehearsals. It helps.

I've also been eagerly awaiting the vids from Tribal Fest 8 hitting YouTube. And the reports of the new specialty Melodia pants look cool. I want the silver/black mesh ones sooooo bad. But here's the thing about Melos... unless you stalk Tribe like a barracuda, the likelihood of actually getting pants is pretty much nil. Trust me, running a business is not easy, but when all I see is total chaos, and customer service reps publically whinging about how overworked they are, and forever protesting to give them X amount of weeks because they just got back from ___, it just frustrates me and makes me that much less likely to buy the product. That is not the way a business should be run. I'm glad there's a new website underway that will hopefully help them manage orders in something approaching a professional manner, because at some point I'd like to be able to, you know, buy the product without feeling like I'm stressing out the staff by trying to give them my money. For christ's sake.

See? That's that impatience I was talking about.
