Good morning, friendslist. It is Thursday. I am decked out in hot pink and all bouncy. 'Cept for some reason, I absolutely could not find my hot pink bra. I remember tossing it in the pile to be washed, then doing laundry last night... when I unloaded the dryer this morning, no bra. A search of my room proved inconclusive. How is it that I managed to lose something so glaringly bright? Argh. This interlude has been brought to you by the letters T, M, and I.

April seems to be getting in touch with old friends month. Got a Myspace message from a high school friend, Joel, who as I knew him was a gifted jazz pianist. We're gonna hang out on Saturday and get some coffee. Good stuff. In sort of related but mostly tangential news, my coworker Jon is in a really good local band called Feinwood. They're debuting some new music soon, but they need a backup singer, and he wanted to know if I was interested in sitting in. I tentatively said yes, considering I have you know, copious free time and all. But really, it could be good for me. I've been looking to get into music so I can conquer my singing stage fright, and this could be a great opportunity to sing again without being the center of attention. We'll see if it happens.
I updated my profile this morning. It is now complete with my favorite episode of xkcd.
In other news, if you're in an icon rut, go check out petrichorus-- most magical and haunting icons I've seen in a long time. I snagged a bunch.
