Despite being very, very tired from not sleeping quite enough last night on top of a week of exhaustion, I'm doing okay. As of this afternoon, I'm finally back at my own place, messy though it may be. My clock is still blinking from not being re-set. That's amusing. I just had brunch at a cute outdoor French cafe, complete with a crepe filled with almonds, nutella, whipped cream, and the biggest blackberries I have ever seen. Delicious.

Today, I'm planning a fat lot of solitude. Really, I need it. The only way to recover from being terribly cranky like I have been is a bath with scents and bubbles, re-watching this week's Lost, dyeing my hair, taking a nap, and working on commissions. In peace and quiet. In my pajamas. All by my lonesome. Sounds like a slice of heaven, really.

And yay, jewelry commissions and sales keep coming. This makes me very happy and less antsy about having spent a small fortune on supplies in the recent past. And I bought one of these, so I'm excitedly pondering what to make with it. Blue quartz is beautiful-- I'm considering doing a set of matching London Blue Topaz stuff, but this should make a gorgeous centerpiece for something else. I also got some opalite and rose quartz focals, so those will be nice, as well.
