I have never, ever liked the taste of fish. In the great wide world of seafood, pretty much the only thing I've ever been able to stomach are fresh steamed crabs and shrimp. Calamari sometimes. But salmon? Rockfish? Trout? Ewwww.
Why is it, then, that since I've had my first sampling of sushi this weekend, I've had constant sushi cravings? Oh my geez, that stuff is awesome. And pretty, with the bright green of wasabi and four hues of caviar on top, glistening like jewels.
I'm becoming a foodie, aren't I? This stuff's like crack.
Hmm, note to self: buy some brie at the store later today.
