Opening night went well. There were a few mic issues, but overall the show was good. Three to go.

As you all know, I'm a big fan of pretty colors. After some enabling persuasion over on the thread at the BPAL forums, I put in an order at Aromaleigh, a mineral cosmetics company.

It's really good for experimenting with new color choices or for people who don't wear makeup that often.

My order came in today-- the colors are beautiful and vibrant, true to their descriptions on the web site. I was particularly impressed with the pigmentation and how well the colors blend. The frosted eyeshadows are particularly gorgeous and so easy to use, and the Midsummer Night's Dream collection is full of fun duochromes. I will be placing another order because I can now try a range of colors for such a low price. Also, I'd heard some iffy things about the scent of the lip glosses. I only got lipstick samples, but I can say that they had a vanilla-y scent not dissimilar to MAC lipsticks.
