WTF, BB&T?
So, last week, my account was $87.
I made a $41 purchase, and checked my online banking. Everything went smoothly, my available balance read $46. Then, I made a $11 purchase that I can think of off the top of my head.
I checked my status today. $87. WTF? The last thing posted is for Friday. The $41 purchase? Before Friday. I called the 1800 number. The same. Errrrrrgh. Even if for some reason, the $41 purchase was cancelled, the $11 should have at least been deducted, which would make my balance not $87. And I haven't gotten any notification of my purchase being cancelled...
God, I hate BB&T sometimes. By my calculations, I should have about $30 (in the thirties range, but I err on the side of caution). I need to start carrying around a checkbook. Bah.
