So, Heather and I finished season 1 of Farscape today. Immediate shallow thoughts:
- Finally, some family interaction.
- The more episodes, the more Aeryn uses conditioner.
- I need an Aeryn's Detachable Penis icon. It will feature that huge gun she's always touting about.
- Okay, so I like Ben Browder, but never again the horrid British accent, okay?
- I will enjoy it more when I don't have to yell "Smootch, dammit!" at the screen every single time John and Aeryn are in the same shot.
- I'm ready for season two, dammit. Bring on the angst. And the smootching.
I should go to bed. I re-downloaded bunches of photoshop brushes that did not make the transfer, but there was one set that I cannot replace. If anyone has brushes made by Anna Sea that were hosted on her former domain, Relique.net, I'd be very very grateful if you'd send them to me.
Also, my fishies continue to be odd. When I came back from Heather's, I counted one green fish, one blue fish, one red fish, and one... white fish? Sasha had turned practically albino-- his fins were actually see-though. He had tiny red veiny things running horizontally very close to his body on either side. So I freaked and switched his water, which had been recently changed anyway. Some salt, stress coat, melafix, and some bloodworms later... he's red again. I have a color-changing fish. When did this happen?
...and to finish up, I have found the most comfortable teeshirt ever, and they're sold at Target for $8 apiece. I have one in olive green, but man if I don't want a few more. It's very thin and breatheable. I should have discovered them sooner. So-- Target run in two weeks. Yep.
PS- I have a new doodad on my userinfo page... mostly to remind myself about the election. "Re-unelected" admittedly makes very little sense, but I do like the "X days until he's out of office" countdown.

acousticdream, I know I said I'd have an August desktop calender up for Pagan@OSN. But considering I lost everything this weekend... I'll make a desktop as soon as I get things up to speed again, and start actual calendar desktops for September.
