I'm feeling a little bit better-- my nose is still stuffy, and my head's still a bit congested, but overall, I'm doing okay. I wish that the air would warm up a bit, though-- walking around our grey-tinged campus, my throat aches for warmth. I want coffee, possibly even a latte, but I don't know if I'll be able to handle the dairy just yet. I might just tempt fate, though, as the block of extra sharp cheddar in my fridge has been mocking me silently.

Classes for next semester... I'm thinking Faulkner, I'm thinking a lit class about women & food (for my under-represented lit class, unless horror fiction also qualifies). I want to take my final phys ed credit to the tune of badminton-- Heather says it's fun. I would take fencing if it weren't at 8am. Add to that a French convo and composition class in case I do decide to apply to NSA as a linguist. + my voice lesson... that's only 13 measly credits. There's a webdesign course at night that I might go for, too, and that would bring me up to 17 credits if I can get in. It should be fairly easy, but also keep me up-to-date so I can learn Dreamweaver.

This should leave me with the simplest final semester ever: creative writing (fiction), senior sem, voice, and a science class. 12.5 credits. I could possibly pick up an elective just to keep busy, since the yoga class this semester conflicts with something I have to take. I'm tempted to shell out the $200 to learn the short form of Tai Chi over January term.

Grocery shopping tonight! Hopefully I'll get my stipend this weekend, or next week will be a bit tight. But _titania_, evergleam83 and I are going to the DC Cherry Blossom Festival next Saturday (the 10th). Definitely looking forward to that, as well as dinner with Mike tomorrow night. If I didn't get him sick, that is. :)

And ooh-- Best Buy is done with my computer! Yayayayayay! I finally got someone intelligent on the phone who suggested that the power levels in my computer might be fluctuating, so I should buy a backup battery for about $30, which I might do next week when I get paid. So Mike, you might have been right about the power source thing, just on a broader level.

And my compendium will be complete within 2 weeks! Eee.
