Hey! This is me, you know, not being dead.

I've been busy-- unpacking, getting our new ice cream parlor in shape, yadda yadda.

I realize that there is absolutely no way that I'll be able to keep up with my friendslist. I'm online for maybe 15 mins. every other day. So-- if I miss anything major, drop a line. Or when I get back to campus, I'll do an entry where everyone gives me a paragraph summary about all the cool things I missed.

But one awesome thing did happen. Late Saturday night, I was absolutely stressing myself out about not being finished packing and having to go home and such. I checked my email for one last time. The first message was a flame. From an anonymous person. The gist was 'you suck, you snotty bitch'... only not spelled nearly as well. So I deleted it. Note to said anonymous person, here's the deal: you want to flame me? Fine. But attach a name, because this 'anonymous' bullshit is kindergarten. You say who you are and then say your piece, it'll stay up. I feel this way because if I have something to say to someone, I don't hide behind anonymity. I take my opinons seriously, I say things when I think they are necessary to be said, and I own up to saying them. Period.

But then, I got a great email from anniemoon. She runs Scott Lowell's official site. For those of you who don't know, Scott plays Ted on Queer as Folk US. At her suggestion, he surfed by my icons site to the QAF section, and would like my Scott/Ted icons to be housed on his site, as well. I think I had a mini heart-attack caused by pure fannish glee. Dude! Scott Lowell saw my site! Adore!

/geekishness.

A few items of business...

evergleam83, I need your contact info. Phone, address, and such. Email me.

rulergirl1, I sent your first letter to the NYC address yesterday morning (Tuesday).

Anyone else who'd like to be penpals-- I write pretty decent letters, so send your contact info to my email (sihaya09@yahoo.com), and we'll talk.

Much love,
Chris
