First off: Happy Birthday, Jenny-O! May Lilah give you a personal striptease.

Secondly: Noble sent me three white roses. How sweet is that? I'm really not used to getting flowers. But we're gonna have a pity party tonight, and Heather, Rac, and I got our Communal Boyfriend (i.e.- Noble) a big, chocolatey heart. Because candy holidays are neverbad. And oh, a cute pinup Valentine from Anna. You rock. Thanks, baby.

Thirdly: My first LJS fic, Gabriel's Woman won the Adult category of the Bloody Quills LJ Smith fanwork contest. How cool is that? I honestly didn't expect to win, especially with Ash Kennedy entered in the same category. So, yay to that. And congratulations to Elektra Pendragon for second place in the slash category- I absolutely loveloveloved 'Call Me Jennifer.'

Fourthly- So, Mike and I had the talk at midnight. Yes, we had the talk on Valentine's Day. We're staying together, trying to work things out. If thinks continue to go poorly, we've decided to take a short breather. The timing could absolutely not suck worse, but then again, neither could the timing of this huge ice storm we're supposed to get. I may end up having no Valentine's celebration at all.

Fifthly- I have homework to do, and a meeting to go to. After 5:30, I'm free, and I'll spend my day watching a chick flick or two and absolutely overhaul-cleaning my room. Exciting, huh?
