Done the dang outline. Need it out of my system. 2 papers down, 2 to go. Time to get dressed and go give a lecture.

I board a bus at 3:45 AM- setting off to NYC to participate in an all-day actors' workshop and then catching a matinee. La la la la la. No paper writing for me. Gonna fail.

Lecture on the Ave Maria went really well. I talked for a half hour or so, and then played my examples. I even withstood the infamous firing-squad questions of Margie Boudreaux.

Had a recital tonight- I performed Debussy selections. Kyle told me that it started at 7:30... I showed up, and it had started at 7. I huffed and puffed in, Dr. Kreider handed me a program and said, "hurry up, you're next." Well, at least I didn't have time to get nervous. The singing was good, even for McDaniel lounge. I can't wait until juries to do 'La Traditore.' Got some good operatic rage built up, y'know?

Two papers left. Tomorrow night, I will begin 48-hours straight of writing. Little sleep, pile of food. Not moving my ass.

I can't wait for this week to be over. :)

But RENT! Meeting the cast, doing warmups and exercises with them. "Hi, Mr. Fatone, I have a thirteen year old sister, so could you please sign this?" I have to be careful not to accidentally say "Joey Fat One." 'Cuz that's what I call him in my head, and it's all Jamie's fault. Better plan: staying away altogether as not to insult one of our nation's richest pop stars.

Schmeh. I'm off to dawdle.
