What's next? "Burn the Witch! Week" or "Masturbation Causes Hairy Palms Week?" Oh! I know! "Teach Dubya to Read Week."

Honestly, I'm with Dan Savage on this one. If anything, porn helps families stay together. Biologically, most humans just aren't hotwired to be monogamous. I think that porn allows for a little harmless fantasy and self indulgence that keeps people from leaving their spouses in search of something new. Granted, I find the industry itself kinda icky, and I wouldn't want to do it myself, but to each his/her own. And I love how Bush is trying to make it all about preventing child pornography. If that's the case, call it "Protect our Children from Pornography Week." Quit using bullshit justifications.

I'm so tired of our President using his office as a pulpit. I know for damn sure it won't make one iota of difference, but it's time to write a damn letter.
