Four days 'til Spoutwood

And my hands are going to be busy every moment of them. Today I have to resin-ate a new batch of wings, work on some show-pieces, and hammer some earwires. I nixed the idea of more fine silver leaves at the moment, for time. I also need to go to Home Depot for extra tent stakes, another table, and those industrial zip tie thingers. I also have to find the time to re-dye my hair.

I am happy to report, however, that I have used my time well this month and my output is nearing 200 new items for the show (and for the site after). My muse came back. It was slow and painful at first, but now things are back to normal, and for that I am profoundly grateful.

Four more days 'til Spoutwood. Looking forward to dancing with my troupies, eating glittery jasmine cupcakes, having some lavender ice cream, watching the little kids in faery costumes, and browsing the other vendors. And then next week, I can start having some semblance of a life again.

Well. Sort of. The apartment/house hunt begins in earnest next week. We have to be moved out by end of June. (I don't wanna, don't wanna, don't wanna. But that's another post.)

Into the studio I go.
