Prep work!
I have been scarce lately. For good stuff, mostly!
1. Transcendence now has main-stage slots at Spoutwood. They like us, they really like us. We may also be performing with a really awesome band (that already employs some very talented bellydancers) because they're onstage right before us. All of this is very fun, but there are lots of practices for it.
2. I'm also vending. In the next two weeks, I need to: decorate and resin-ate 50 pairs of wings, put chains on 30+ necklaces, make about 100 pairs of earwires, buy a tent, and then make about 7 fancy druzy & labradorite necklaces so I have more showpieces (a good portion of what I'm making new has a $20-$40 price point, 'cause festivals are like that).
3. I've also been teaching more private lessons lately. Which is neat in its own way. I'm finding that I'm actually a pretty good teacher. Which is not something I expected, but is cool nonetheless.
So, I'm here! I'm just very focused for the next two weeks or so.
