Life updates, etc
I guess I haven't really felt very much like writing of late. Or, at the least, that my life hasn't been particularly exciting or noteworthy. I haven't done Faire this year, and likely won't get to-- a combination of budget (have $$$ things this month that are good and fun, but require all excess monies), and timing. It has been a BUSY Autumn. I have had something to do every single weekend day through most of September and all of October. But it feels weird. Well, next year I'll just have to go more.
Yesterday, I had the pleasure of showing Hocus Pocus to three ladies who'd never seen it before. We ate lots of food and I made cupcakes that turned out pretty well, and much fun was had by all.
I think the most fun was had by Olive, who let Amy snuggle up on her. That cat is spoiled rotten. I think she's starting to deal with having company around much better than she used to.
Other than that, I've been sewing sewing sewing. And I hate to sew. But the photoshoot is next week, and I need to finish re-doing my bra. I added elements to two belts, and made two new headbands (plus one for Flissy). And today I start work on two big commissions. And a piece for a giveaway going live later this week. Busy busy.
Tea Rec: PeaceLoveTea / Tea Chai Te has really wonderful teas. I've tried four so far, and am currently IN LOVE with Market Spice and Creme de la Earl Grey. Yummy.
Retail post coming at some point... I want to get my BPAL 'Weenies and my Villainess Bad Apples before I post it!
