Summer Drink Rec - The Grasil

This drink is one I adapted from one that comes from Sascha's. I never wrote the original ingredients down, but rather went from memory, so it might be a little different. It is still SUPER tasty.

-- Red grapes
-- Basil leaves
-- Club Soda
-- Citron/Lemon vodka

Step 1: Muddle 5 grapes and three or four shredded basil leaves. I use my veggie chopper to do this, and it works really well because it gets the grapes nice and juiced, and releases the yummy aroma of the basil.
Step 2: Add 6 or so ice cubes, or whatever floats your boat.
Step 3: Dump in the muddle mix over the ice.
Step 4: Add 1 - 1 1/2 shots of the vodka.
Step 5: Top off with club soda.

This is the recipe for people like me who don't mind bits of shredded basil in their glass. It's a shaker-less recipe, too, 'cause I'm lazy. A fancypants, shaker-using recipe is here.

Refreshing, delicious, not too sweet. You're welcome!
