Shiny Shiny Labradorite.

This weekend, I worked and worked and then worked a little more. Updates generally take 2 days of nose-to-the-grindstone. Writing descriptions takes about half of day 1. Photography takes about three hours, then the 1,000 or so shots need to get whittled down. This time around I photoedited 170 shots. Cropping, color correction (the light that I get in winter is very blue). I've messed around some with my new light box but so far I have more testing to do before I switch over. And then the update itself takes three hours. Promo, answering convos. It's a lot. I drink my body weight in tea.

In between all of that, I had a post office run, a bank run, a blitz cleaning the house, and then my dad, stepmom, and siblings over for dinner. Beyond exhausted.

In case you are one of those people who avoids LJ on the weekend, the update is up-- go check it out: Sihaya Designs Jewelry.

Now, as promised, here is some labradorite that is up for grabs for commissions. If you're interested in one of these pieces, leave a note in the comments, and then we'll negotiate style/price/etc on Etsy.

I also have some darker blue on the way, as well as a large rainbow piece (aqua/gold/purplish rose). Also some surprises... I'm not telling!
