Yesterday, in review:
I have been up to my eyeballs in work, so not so much with the postiness lately. I'm really behind in my gratitudes.
Here was my yesterday:
-- Woke up after about four hours' sleep.
-- Missed my bus stop due to zoning out. Had to walk several extra blocks.
-- Bought a coffee. Paid for coffee. Walked out without coffee. See: sleep deprivation.
-- Bought new phones with Jason on recommendations from his friends who get coverage at work. Verizon, for whatever reason, does not cover J's work. Fell in love with fancy pink phone with internet & bells and whistles. Realized that said phone gives me one bar at home. Fuuuuuuuuck. May be going back to the basic crap phone because I am not paying an extra $35/mo for a data plan with Verizon.
-- Jason talked to Dr. Z about Olive's increasing stumbliness. It's getting visibly worse. She now has a referral to a neurologist. My cat needs a cat scan. As funny as that is, it's going to be approximately one bajillion dollars, especially if we tack a more increasingly likely surgery onto it. Brainstorming a jewelry collection to raise monies for the Bean.
Y'all. Today has to be better. It has to.
Today, I'm gonna work at the shop, then go and get groceries, treat myself to a few books and mags at Barnes & Noble, and have my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season. I'm going to come home, fix the giant skunk stripe on my head (henna if the test strand turns out well, box dye if not). And then I am going to post a surprise for everybody.
