Now, does she want ribbon or rustic green garnet chips?
Also, I finished six rings. They're rustic looking, my first attempt at setting CZs and synthetic stones. Only one mishap: one of my blue stones turned a lovely shade of rootbeer brown during the firing! Well, at least it goes with the stones around it, so it's a happy accident. This time, I used .999 fine silver wire for the band and embedded it in the decorative top. Next time, I'm going to attempt to do the entire thing from PMC, accounting for shrinkage. And maybe trying something with a wider band.
