The Studio: a work in progress
Work continues apace on the studio. It's pretty much in its final state, minus decor. I'm planning on putting up some framed art, an inspiration board, nice curtains, a rug, and a tiny Bast altar on a floating shelf (which I just ordered, yay).
But if you want to see the work thus far, step into my studio...
The desk. Complete with a little DVD player and a stack of costume dramas.
Note the shipping supplies carefully tucked under. They will be getting nice sturdy bins soon.
My neckform and my most reached-for references. Metaphysical stuff, sketchbooks, and jewelry inspirations.
Jason installed shelves.
Shelf 1: Boxes-- Ribbons, Resins & Adhesives, Patinas, Oils & Waxes, Herbs
Also-- some finished necklaces, candles, and oils, plus a lovely ceremonial gong.
Shelf 2: PMC supplies, a temporary storage for finished work, receipt boxes, paper supplies.
Mobile beading cart that holds my bead containers & metal stamping supplies.
Also: forging hammers & a box of wires, sorted by gauge and metal.
Merle's Fairy Queene, which will hang on my wall just as soon as I find a nail.
Glamourkins, scattered here and there.
