FAIL, ACS.
I pay back my two biggest student loans through ACS. One is $118/month, the other $54. I pay it monthly directly from my bank account, and it's never been an issue.
Well, last month, per usual, I paid the total amount and thought nothing of it. ACS sent me their "we received your payment!" email and reflected the correct amount.
Well, they applied the total amount to only one of the two loans, and therefore I am now delinquent on the smaller loan. And of course they have charged me late fees.
I need to yell at them Monday morning. Stupid company and their stupid being closed on the weekend. I want to yell at them NOW.
