More notes from the bench...

I've been playing around with making earwires for awhile now. The cool thing about working at the bead shop is that I have access to all the books on metalworking-- there's one book that's nothing but handmade earring and earwire ideas, and these are adapted from those books. As soon as I get a butane torch, I'll be making ball-end ones, too. Anyway, I really like making earwires. It's fun, instant gratification, and I like that nothing looks machine-perfect.




















Some of these will be further stamped with designs. Some will be oxidized.
