Beginnings

Where did you meet? At our old workplace- AC Moore Crafts. He ran the frames shop.

How long have you known each other? Um, two years and two months. Ish.

What was your first impression of him/her? The first time I saw Mike was my first day of work, and I was having a mini-crisis with my register. He swooped in and squeezed into the tiny little cube to fix it. He was so close, pressed up against me and all I could think of was, "Who is this person, and why do I have the intense urge to lick his neck?"

What is one of the first things s/he said to you? "Hi. I'm Mike. You're out of register tape." How original.


Lifestyle

Does s/he smoke? He used to. Now he doesn't. But when he's intensely stressed, I sometimes smell it on him.

Does s/he believe in God? Nope.

What's one of his/her favorite things to do? Play PC games. Hang out with his buds. Spend lazy Sundays in bed with me watching Angel on DVD.

What is his/her favorite type of music? DMB and Counting Crows.

What's a good nickname for him/her? I generally call him 'dipshit.' But in a loving way, you know?

What is his/her best feature? Physical: He has nice eyes. Nonphysical: He shows his love in little, consistent ways, like setting aside days just to stay in bed, instead of sporadic grand gestures. And he spoils me rotten when he can.

Is s/he shy or outgoing? Depends. If he feels uncomfortable, he's reserved. Or alternately, he's so outgoing it becomes obnoxious.

Does s/he have any special talents? He's a great artist, but he doesn't do that nearly enough anymore.

What does s/he really love? DMB. Salvadore Dali. His parents. His dog, Daisy. His core group of friends. Me.

What is one thing about you that really bugs him/her? "God damnit, Christina! Why do you always have to be right/so independent/ so sarcastic/ so patronizing??"

What is one thing about him/her that really bugs you? He shows off a lot in public but doesn't get that he just looks like a doofus. :)
